The 2026 Peradah National Conference Strengthens the Role of Hindu Youth in Supporting National Development

Efforts to strengthen the role of the younger generation in national development continue to be promoted through the strengthening of youth organizations at the national level. This is reflected in the holding of the 13th National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Hindu Youth Association (Peradah) in 2026, which was held in conjunction with the inauguration of the Peradah Indonesia National Leadership Council for the 2025-2028 term and attended by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

This Rakernas serves as a strategic forum for Hindu youth organizations to formulate the direction of their work programs and strengthen the role of youth in addressing various development challenges at both the national and regional levels. Through this meeting, Peradah is promoting the capacity building of the younger generation so they can contribute to social and economic development, as well as human resource development.

The event also served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between youth organizations, the government, and various stakeholders. The National Congress was also attended by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, Raja Juli Antoni, and the Deputy Minister of Population and Family Development of the Republic of Indonesia, Isyana Bagoes Oka, along with Peradah executive board representatives from various regions across Indonesia.

Through organizational strengthening and the work programs developed during the National Working Meeting, Peradah is expected to foster a new generation of young Hindus who possess leadership, competitiveness, and the ability to contribute to community development.
