Communication consulting service providers wishing to serve the government must meet the following requirements:

Have an SPSE account with the LPSE.
Possess an NIB, NPWP, and company articles of incorporation.
Have an integrity pact and a completed qualification form.
Possess a SIUP or relevant business license.
Have a portfolio and references for similar projects.

Required Documents

Company profile and organizational structure.
List of experts with CVs and certifications.
Project portfolio for the past three years.
Audited financial statements.
ISO certificates or relevant professional certifications.
