Communication consulting services are generally awarded through a tender or selection process based on the value of the contract. The listings for consulting services in the electronic catalog will be taken down by LKPP because there is currently no legal basis for e-procurement transactions.
General Requirements for Providers
Communication consulting service providers wishing to serve the government must meet the following requirements:
Have an SPSE account on the LPSE.
Have an NIB, NPWP, and company articles of incorporation.
Have an integrity pact and a completed qualification form.
Have a SIUP or relevant business license.
Have a portfolio and references for similar projects.
Required Documents
Company profile and organizational structure.
List of experts with resumes and certifications.
Project portfolio for the past three years.
Audited financial statements.
SISO certificates or relevant professional certifications.
